CDA RIVER RV, RIVERFRONT CAMPGROUND POLICIES

We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information, please feel free to inquire at the Campground Office. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following rules:

RV SITE CANCELATION POLICY
No Refunds/Replacement/Gift Certificate Policy. Definition and Description: Any cancellations on or before 7 days to the check in date will be offered a gift certificate or option to move the reservation. Any cancellations within 7 days of the reservation date will lose their deposit. Any stay that is 5 nights or more will be charged an additional day and so on for each additional 5 nights. No call/email no shows will be charged for the entire stay. Please email cdariverrv@gmail.com for your cancellation. This also helps you and us identify a record of the cancellation.

Check-in after 1 p.m. on the day of arrival. We take arrivals up until 7 pm. If you are arriving after 7 pm you MUST inform the office when making the reservations. Please keep us updated. Late check ins please view the RV Park map to ensure getting into your location properly and from the right access. Also please be sure that your jacks are on the concrete pad. Please put cash in an envelope and drop it in the drop box located at the entrance sign with the site number you checked into. Any sites open for that night are available but may be scheduled the following day so you will need to check with the office if you are looking to stay for more than that night.

Check-Out
Check-out on or before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 9 a.m. if staying an extra night, if the site is available. You may need to move to another site.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Recreational vehicles/Bicycles
Speed limit is 5 MPH within the Campground. Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). Please be aware of pedestrians walking. Only one warning per stay. Should speeding be an issue you will be asked to leave the park and will forfeit money paid for the stay.

All vehicles must stay on the asphalt drive. Bicycles should not be taken on any grass areas. This includes the front fire pit area. You may take your vehicle/bike to Your tent site, but we ask that you respect all other campers in the area. It is prohibited to race or speed around The Campground. No riding near the Bath House area. Respect other RV site areas and tenting areas.

Tables
Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite. Dry camping may not have a picnic table. Please do not take picnic tables from open sites as new customers will need them.

RV Guests (Pets allowed)
Visitors must check in at the office. A $10 fee per car is enforced. Refunds are given if you only stay under 15 minutes. All visitors must vacate Campground by 8 pm or pay the nightly rate if staying through the night.

Large area outdoor rugs are prohibited on RV/campsites. A small mat (24" x 24" maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs. Please keep the grass clear of items that would damage it.

No TENTS are allowed in the RV sites. We provide two tent areas within the Campground. All tents are subject to a fee.

Canopies/gazebos are allowed as long as there is no bottom on the grass. There is a limit of how big and how many that are allowed per site. Check with the hosts.

Tent Guests
Tenting will be on a first come basis. No reservations taken unless you have a large group. See campground fees posted online or onsite for pricing.

If you are visiting the Campground for three or more days, please move your tent one tent-length on your third day. Tent sites are not marked, but your area would be a 20’x20’ space. We have limited tables, but it is always wise to pack tables and chairs. We tend to have too few on busy weekends.

Children
Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway. There is no lifeguard on duty. All children should and must be accompanied by an adult everywhere within the park.

Pets
Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences. Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner. Do not throw the waste in the garbage unless it is in a bag.

Restrooms and Showers
Due to Board of Health Regulations, animals and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms. Please read the Bathhouse rules located on the exterior of the bathrooms.

No Fireworks
Fireworks are Prohibited within or near The CDA River RV, Riverfront Campground. There are fireworks displays in neighboring towns.

Non-Fire Campground
Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. See Park Office for hot coal disposal. Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. Only propane fire pits are allowed in the RV sites. There IS NOT a fire pit for every tent site. Fires should only be in the provided fire pits. Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.

Garbage
Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located at the entrance of the Campground. Complimentary garbage bags may be obtained at the Campground Office. Only bagged garbage is allowed in our dumpsters. All other items such as broken chairs, TVs, broken appliances, large boxes or containers should be taken with you when you leave.

After-Hours Assistance/Security

Trees
Trees and the shade they provide are an integral part of an enjoyable Campground experience. However, healthy and well-maintained trees pose a natural hazard of falling debris, such as leaves and branches, especially during windy and/or extreme weather conditions. We do not assume responsibility for these natural hazards or for any property damage, injury or other circumstances that may result. Please take this into consideration when parking in RV Park & Campground and while enjoying Park.

Park management is not responsible for loss, damages or claims to property of guests due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause. The management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Having in possession weapons such as firearms, knives, chains, etc. while outside a personal camping vehicle is not permitted on the property. RV Park & Campground closes certain sites and areas of the Campground for landscaping and maintenance throughout the season.

Campground Rules and Bathhouse Rules
All campers staying with us agree to these rules and will abide by them at all times.

Indemnity
Lastly, all customers staying at the park agree to indemnify the management and owners of any and all accidents that may happen within the park. Patrons will hold harmless the management and owners from any damage or harm they may cause to other patrons whether accidental or on purpose. Patrons also agree at no time under any circumstance can they file a complaint against the park, it's owners and/or management.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, the first night's rate will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 12 and under stay free. Pets are welcome. No aggressive dogs. Guests with aggressive dogs will be asked to leave with no refund. Only dogs, cats, and birds allowed. Never leave pets alone. All pets must be on a leash in the park. You must pickup after your pets.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

NO LARGE AREA RUGS
Please no large area rugs on grass in rv sites.

CHECK IN TIME 1 P.M.
Maintenance of site from other occupant.

CHILDREN AND PETS POLICY
